Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing any time up to seven days from the day after the day of delivery. Goods are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened, condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken. We will refund your money within 14 days of receipt of the goods or within 30 days of your cancellation, whichever is the earlier. Returned goods are to be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of order and the order number, and should be forwarded to us at the address on our website contacts page. If you do not pay for the goods to be returned to us, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover our costs for collecting the goods. No returns will be accepted if there is any deviation from these Terms & Conditions.

The Defining Way Limited cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit after being sent back to us. The return of goods is the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending them back by registered or recorded delivery.

What Warranty or Guarantee do you offer with my item?

All products bought from our Website are guaranteed against defects in manufacturing or materials used for 12 months from the date of purchase. If a product proves to be faulty within that period as a result of defects in manufacturing or materials used, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. If you do need to return a product for return/replacement, please email us. You will need to provide us with the original despatch note or other proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How much do you charge for delivery?

All portlaptopbag.co.uk Next day delivery is subject to a charge of �6.00. All orders over �50 will have free delivery.  (PLEASE NOTE: Skins, Lap Desk and Camera Case delivery is subject to a delivery charge of �2.50)

What happens if products are returned to you as undeliverable?

We will attempt to deliver products ordered by you to the delivery address stated in the details of your order. If products are returned to us as undeliverable we will refund the price of the products and our delivery charges less �7.50 in respect of our postal and administrative costs.
